So this weekend was spent in Heaven.
No not literally.
It was spent in Newport.
Which is pretty close to heaven if you ask me.
Me, Jeff, Carly, Mom, and Dad all went down on Thursday morning and go back late Sunday night.
Good time is an understatement.
Newport is where 2 PM means fresh donuts.
1 AM means dance parties.
3 McDonald's runs in one day is acceptable.
and Diets are impossible.
Yes. Diets are NOT possible when you are on Newport Beach.
You are constantly surrounded by yummy, and mostly deep fried food.
Donuts, Corn Dogs, Funnel Cakes, Fried Oreos, Chocolate dipped bananas, Balboa Bars, and Burritos.
Don't get me started about the Cheese On a Stick.
What better welcoming to Newport than a plate of Grande Nachos from Sharkies?
Saturday was spent at Knotts Berry farm for a Layton Construction company party!

On the last day, we had lunch in Santa Monica on the harbor. 
Sooooo yummy......
So if you were to ask me my favorite part of Newport, I would have a hard time deciding. But one of my ALL TIME favorite things in newport is Russo's Pets.
Yup. I am a crazy die hard dog lover
(as if you didn't already know)
Russo's Pets is a pet store located in Fashion Island Mall.
I got to hold one of the puppies and let's just say tears were shed.
